Terms of service

By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms.SECTION I. IMAGE COPYRIGHT1. I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork.❥ The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.2. All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial use only.❥ Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited. If you have any questions about this, ask me before commissioning me.3. Conditions for Reposting❥ The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given (a link back to my carrd page) and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.4. Prohibited Actions❥ Altering my artwork in any way without asking for permission before hand, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use.
❥ Use of my artwork as references for your own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image.❥ Claiming the artwork as your own.❥ If these terms are broken, you will be privately blacklisted from commissioning me and reported.

SECTION II. PAYMENT INFORMATION1. I accept payment in USD.❥ All USD payments will be taken via Paypal or Venmo. Do not send any payment before I specifically specify you to do so.❥ You will be given 24 hours to pay after a quote is given otherwise you run the risk of being cancelled and me beginning on another client.
It is the commissioner's responsibility to tell me when the payment has been sent. Sometimes a payment won’t go through and I won't know about it. If you fail to tell me that you've sent the payment within 24 hours - and I know I absolutely haven't received the payment - then the 24 hour cancellation may apply to you.2. Refund Policy❥ If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.❥ If the client cancels the commission after I begin work, the amount refunded will be based on my progress and up to my discretion.
No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any moment, for any reason, and without explanation. In this case, if I do cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it, I will return a full refund.

SECTION III. CONTACT AND COMMUNICATION1. Discussion of Commissions❥ Commission details can be communicated via Discord Chat,(my tag), or Email (my email)2. Visual Reference Guidelines; Digital Character Concept art❥ Client must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference; any and all details said client wishes to be included in the artwork can be verbally communicated. I do accept descriptions alongside images you may also use to communicate character design,
I cannot promise your design will be done with 100% accuracy. Design interpretations may be inconsistent between images and lessen my ability to accurately illustrate your character.
You are free to communicate any and all concerns or details you so please; the more the merrier.3. Visual Reference Guidelines; Traditional Pet Portraits❥ Similar to my digital policy; the client must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference.
Said reference must be; high quality (lacking grain, focused, etc.), clear features (visible outline of animal, accurate coloring, etc.), and well lit so that I may properly replicate said image at the utmost efficiency and quality.

SECTION IV. WILL/WON'T DRAW DIGITALLY❥ Below is a summary for what I will or will not draw in a digital medium.❥ Please keep my experience and style in mind when commissioning; non-fantastical designs are not my speciality, and while I am able to do such concepts; they may not turn out as quality as if they were otherwise.Will Do❥ Human Gore

❥ Monsters
❥ Complicated Designs
❥ Anthros
❥ Any and all genres of character design, such as cyberpunk, steampunk, fantasy, etc.Won’t Do❥ Sexual Content
❥ Animal Gore
❥ Stylization or Cartoon
❥ Line Art
❥ Any sort of hateful content, such as racism, transphobia, homophobia, and characters with Nazi, etc. imagery or paraphernalia
❥ Subjects or imagery of or related to League of Legends
❥ Fan art
❥ I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason I see fit.

SECTION V. WILL/WON'T DRAW TRADITIONALLY❥ Below is a summary for what I will or will not draw in a traditional medium.Will Do❥ Any animals; scaled, feathered, furred, etc.Won’t Do❥ Gore
❥ Sexual content
❥ Humans
❥ Backgrounds
❥ Anything non-animal
❥ I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason I see fit.

SECTION VI. ARTWORK PROCESS❥ I work best when given some artistic freedom to create an image based on the characters you provide.❥ I am happy to match a scene or pose that you have in mind, but please allow and expect some variation.1. Estimated Date To Completion❥ If there are any delays in completion of a commission, I will personally notify the customer.
Completion of digital art takes 1-3 weeks, whereas traditional may take 2-4.2. Works in Progress (WIPS)❥ I will send any wips to the commissioner via the way we first communicated.3. Revisions And Edits❥ If the artwork begins with a sketch all major changes must be made during said phase; otherwise I reserve the right to charge an additional $50-100.❥ If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.❥ If you do not want me to post your commission online, you must tell me when you order.4. Trad Portrait Details + Shipping❥ All traditional pet portraits are shipped to the buyer. The artwork is made with fixed pastels, on 16x20 inch illustration boards sealed in a safe plastic casing. Each package comes with a variety of vegan-friendly treats. Shipping time varies based on country. To cover shipping costs, buyers within North America will be charged an additional $30 and all outside North America will pay an additional $100. I will not be held accountable for any and all damage done to the artwork by the buyer and/or shipping service. Please be gentle with your piece.
